We have a fantastic pool of over 80 industry professional mentors from a wide range of sectors eager to be matched with Solent students.

Who Is the Programme For?

This programme is specifically aimed at Level 6 Solent undergraduate students.

What Is Involved?

Successful student applications will be paired with professional mentors to help:

  • Build confidence and connections
  • Enhance career prospects
  • Improve graduate outcomes

Through previous programmes we know that having a mentor positively impacts student skills, confidence, and access to employment opportunities. All students wishing to participate as mentees must attend an induction meeting before meeting their assigned mentor.

Please Note: Due to a limited number of mentors, we cannot guarantee that all applications will be matched with a professional mentor.
