Students' Union nominations are now open

Could you lead your student group?

13th January 2023

The Students’ Union is run by students, for students. Solent Students’ Union has students from across our campuses ensuring that all the big decisions made at Solent University are in the best interests of the student body, and one of them could be you!

The Students’ Union exists to make sure that students have a voice and can influence decision making at university. By coming together and having your voices heard, Solent SU can build the student experience that you want.

Elections are where you decide who will represent you at Solent, championing your voice within the university, the Students' Union and the wider community. Anyone can nominate themselves to be in a Volunteer or Sabbatical position.

Nominations are now open for both Sabbatical and Volunteer officers for 2023. Nominations close on Friday 27 January at 5pm.

You can find more information on how to nominate yourself and how to vote on the SU's website.

If there is anything you want to ask about elections, please email elections@solent.ac.uk.
