How you access your personal information is changing

From September, you'll be able to manage your information from a single platform

We'd like to make you aware that the way you access your online services will look slightly different when you return in September.

If you currently access our services via the apps on the student portal, you’ll soon see a new section called ‘Student Gateway’, where you'll be able to access:

  • Personal information – Update address details, emergency contact, name, gender, preferred name, preferred gender etc.
  • Enrolment information – Course details, modules, request a change to enrolment (e.g.: withdrawal, suspension, transfer).
  • Request a letter – Council tax certificate, bank letter, to whom may concern, reference letter.
  • NEW! Extenuating Circumstances - Apply online (no more paper forms!).
  • NEW! Finances - You can view all your account information online (payments, invoices, statements), apply for funding, submit sponsorship applications and track progress.
  • NEW! Manage consent – You can update consents e.g., marketing, financial information etc.
