In Workshop 1, we'll give you the knowledge and tools so you:

• Understand what goes into a business plan.
• Know how to research, plan, and choose business structures.
• Visualise your idea using the Business Model Canvas.
• Leave feeling ready to apply this to your business idea.

Information for international students

If you're on a student visa, you can join our workshops and events, but you won't be able to apply for start-up funding or prizes. If you're on a student visa, you can't be self-employed or run a business in the UK. This also means that you can't set up a company, hold 10% or more of shares in one, or take roles like director in the UK.
