New AI chatbot for student support

Today, we're launching the trial of a new AI chatbot called 'Ask Luna' on some of our student portal support pages and on your SOL student help pages.

Luna is designed to make getting help faster and easier. It can instantly answer simple questions, while more complex queries will be directed to the Student Hub, who remain available as usual to support you.
