Now delivering food to you in residences

26 March 2026

Lunchtime just levelled up! Get your favourite, freshly prepared meals from The Dock and everyday essentials from Shop Solent delivered straight to your student residence, from Monday 30 March 2026.

What’s on the menu?

The Dock serves a wide variety of hot, freshly prepared options perfect for lunch, including:

  • Pizzas and burgers
  • Wraps and salads
  • Hot dogs and classic favourites
  • Meal Deals to share with friends
  • Hot and cold drinks, shakes, and more.

Whether you’re between lectures, studying from your room or just craving a hot meal, your favourites are now only a few clicks away. No queues or rushing – ideal for busy periods or group study sessions!

How to order your food delivery

  • Go to our Everyday app
  • Click on ‘Everyday Delivered - Student Residences’
  • Select your location and time from the options:
    • 1.30pm - Res Hub Kimber/David Moxon
    • 1.40pm - Chantry
    • 1.50pm - Deanery

Please note that this is currently a trial initiative, Monday-Friday, not at weekends or on bank holidays. During this time, there will only be one scheduled drop-off in each location. Please make sure you arrive promptly to collect your order!

If you have any issues with collection, please contact the catering team on 023 8201 3694.

On campus?

Remember you can have food delivered straight to you on our East Park Terrace campus via Everyday Delivered, in the following locations between 9am and 2pm, every week day.

  • Reginald Mitchell (RM) lift lobby, levels 1-4
  • Michael Andrews (A) lift lobby levels, 1-3

  • Herbert Collins (HC) entrance

And if you have a bit more time in between your studies, don’t forget to visit the Dock’s spacious dining area - the perfect spot for relaxing, informal meetings or catching up with friends - complete with a pool table and table tennis!
