System changes to claiming hours

Please note that our current use of VT2000 will be coming to an end on Wednesday 31 December. However, you will still be able to claim any hours worked and have these approved in VT2000 up to and including 31 December 2025.

Any new claims and hours worked from Thursday 1 January 2026 will need to be claimed via Focus, our new hourly paid claims and approval system.

We are currently testing Focus, which will conclude prior to our winter break. In the new year we will communicate when training on Focus will commence and provide you with details as to how you can access the system to make claims and how they will be approved.

The same functionality that is available in VT2000 will be available in Focus. We have had to make this change of system as VT2000 is no longer supported.

Please note that you will still be paid for any hours worked via our new SolentConnect system which recently replaced MyView. SolentConnect will still be the system that you access to view your monthly payslips, as well as updating personal details and making changes to your bank account.
