System changes to claiming hours

Please note that our current use of VT2000 will be coming to an end during 2026. However, you will still be able to claim any hours worked and have these approved in VT2000 in the meantime.

In future, any hours claimed in VT2000 will need to be claimed via Focus, which will be used as the approval system for new hourly paid claims.

We are currently testing Focus, and will communicate what training will be available on Focus and provide you with details as to how you can access the system to make claims and how they will be approved.

We have had to make this change of system as VT2000 is no longer supported.

Please note that you will still be paid for any hours worked via our new SolentConnect system which recently replaced MyView.
