  • The Students' Union advice service offers free, confidential and impartial advice from the Union’s academic case worker. The academic case worker will also offer you support in any meetings with the University.
  • The student achievement team have put together a jargon buster to help you understand the formal wording used in your results - find it on their SOL page. The team are also here to support you through your results. If you have any questions please contact student.achievement@solent.ac.uk. If you are a level 6 student with resits (refers and/or defers) and you are unsure what this means please also contact student.achievement@solent.ac.uk for further advice.
