Protect yourself from financial scams

Last year the Student Loans Company stopped a total of £2.9m being paid to fraudsters. Make sure you know how to stay safe from scammers.

The Students Loan Company will never contact students via WhatsApp or social media platforms (Instagram, X etc.)

If changes are made to your account the Students Loan Company will text you.
