When are students referred to the debt collection agency?

The University will pass the outstanding debt to its debt collection agency when there has been no resolution with the student.

Who should I contact if my debt has been referred to the debt collection agency?

The University’s collection agency is STA International - telephone: 01622 528543.

Please contact STA directly if your debt has been referred.

STA International will communicate with the University as necessary.
