No, all students will need to have paid any outstanding tuition debt from previous years.
You will receive a message stating that you are blocked for debt. You can contact the income.team@solent.ac.uk to find out the outstanding balance, or you can visit the Student Hub in TS114.

The University will only block progression on your course for outstanding tuition fees. Tuition fees includes course fees, professional body fees required to do the course, or any reassessment fees.
Tuition fees do not include accommodation, library books or any other fees and charges.
