Student Assistance Programme

What is a Student Assistance Programme (SAP)?

A SAP is a confidential resource, designed to help you deal with personal and professional problems that could be affecting your home or student life, health, or general wellbeing.

Our SAP is provided by external company, PAM Wellness, and offers a complete support network including expert advice and compassionate guidance, covering a wide range of issues. Pam Wellness’ SAP offers cover for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

All students at Solent will have the same login for the PAM Wellness app. This is purely to access resources and you won’t be asked for any personal information when you log in. Please be assured that no member of staff or other students will be able to access any information shared with PAM Wellness through these platforms, or by any other means.

You can also phone 0808 196 3533 to speak directly with a PAM Wellness counsellor.

If you have any queries about the PAM Wellness service or other wellbeing support, please speak to the Student Hub.
