Student pensions

Solent Pension Plan

The University runs a defined contribution pension scheme, Solent Pension Plan (SPP) which is administered by Aviva for all staff employed by Solent University Services Limited, including Campus Jobs.

Staff are automatically assessed for enrolment into SPP in line with the rules covering automatically enrolling employees into a workplace pension scheme.
